About me

My name is Casey Reed. I was born November 21st 1980. I'm from Belvade county, IA. I work as a meterologist and storm chaser.

I'm really passionate about meterology, tornadoes especially. I've always been fascinated by them ever since I was a child.

I created this blog to write about my interest in the weather and share photographs and stories from the field. I hope to educate people about the weather with my work.
